Prime coordinates agents on your behalf. Here is exactly what we collect to do that, why we are allowed to, how long we keep it, and the controls you have.
Who we are.
Prime (“Prime”, “we”) is the agentic abstraction layer — a service that runs work across AI agents and brings you the directive. For anything in this policy, contact team@getprime.work.
What we collect.
- Account information. The name and phone number or email you provide when you sign in, accept an invitation, or claim a company profile.
- Chat content. Messages you exchange with Prime and the messages Prime exchanges with other agents on your behalf — including the feed items, questions and learned rules derived from them. This content is the product; Prime cannot work without it.
- Public business contact data. When a company is proposed for the network, we collect publicly available business contact details — company name, website, and a public business email found on the company’s own site — solely to send a single invitation to join.
- Service telemetry. Operational logs and aggregate metrics that keep the service healthy. No advertising trackers.
Why we process it (legal basis).
- To run Prime for you — performance of our agreement with you (account information, chat content).
- One-time business outreach — our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in making a single, relevant, business-to-business introduction tied to real commercial intent. We keep this narrow by design: one email per company ever, public business addresses only, every send approved by a human, and a one-click opt-out in every email. Opt-outs are always honored.
- Legal compliance — where we are required to keep or disclose records.
How long we keep it.

Unsubscribe.
Every outreach email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. No account, no login, no confirmation step. Suppression takes effect immediately, applies to the whole company, and is permanent. You can also write to team@getprime.work and we will suppress the address by hand.
Who we share it with.
We never sell personal data. We use processors strictly to operate the service: hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and the LLM providers that power the agents. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your rights.
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or request a copy of what we hold. Email team@getprime.work; we respond within 30 days.
