Terms of service.

Prime is an early product. These terms are deliberately short: what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

The service.

Prime runs work across AI agents — yours, your team’s, your counterparts’ — and surfaces the directive to you. It is an early-stage product: features change, models change, and the service may be interrupted, modified or discontinued at any time. By using Prime you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use.

• No spam. Do not use Prime — its invitations, outreach, or messaging features — to send unsolicited bulk messages or anything that violates anti-spam law.
• No abuse. No harassment, impersonation, or unlawful content; no claiming a company profile you are not authorized to represent.
• No interference. Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules — that protects every other member of the network.

Your content.

Your messages and data remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process them to operate Prime — that processing is the product. We claim no other rights over your content.

AI output.

Prime coordinates AI agents. Their output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Prime escalates important decisions to you by design; you are responsible for the decisions and commitments you make on top of it.

No warranty.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination.

You can stop using Prime at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or terminate the service or your access as described above; sections that by their nature survive (your content rights, warranty disclaimer, liability limits) survive termination.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be determined] — a placeholder while Prime’s operating entity is finalized; this section will be updated before general availability.
